Sasha is away in New England on business....
The house is silent. I do have the Kitties here and it is nice.
I went to Home Depo last night and got some beautiful Western Red Cedar Garland. I hung it over the Fireplace and doors. I also added some blue Christmas lights. Nice! We are not getting a tree this year, so this makes up for it. The smell is wonderful!

Thanksgiving dinner with friends proved just this….
Never invite someone with their own personal Karaoke machine.
My friends invited their tenants up for dinner after their guests never showed up. Great couple! Very friendly and fun to be around. We arrived at 12 and they were already drinking. After an incredible dinner she brought up her machine and we all started to sing and goof around to the 80’s song “The Double Dutch Bus”. 5 hours later she still sat on the floor, arms around the machine, swaying from side to side, tears in her eyes, singing her heart out while sipping from the endless glass of wine. What was great about it was that she was having fun with herself. What was sad about it was she kept playing Jimmy Buffet’s Margarita-Ville. You might as well run your nails over a chalk board for 5 hours. At least that would have sounded better.

Horror fest was great. We ended up going to the theater off of Times Square (only because or friend works on the set of David Letterman). Times Square was a nightmare on Saturday night- like it always is. We spent 6 plus hours at the movies, longest yet!
The best movie we saw was Grave Dancers, worth it. The Demons were perfect and the ending reminded me of Evil Dead. Coming out of the movies I got a Migraine (at least it started after it was over). We got home at 4am. Our friend was in town from Thai-Land and also went to the movies with us. The theater was packed, about 400 seats and they did sell out every show.
We are boycotting T-day and X-Mas with the families this year, just because it is the same old same old every year. We are going to our friends this t-day and should be a great one. Love them. I really don’t care if the family is not happy with our decision, they never do anything different and my mother in the end, treats everyone like shit because she has to do it all (even though she invites everyone). Pity really. But then again stress is not good food-
The holiday is upon us and there is a bite to the air. Is snow going to fall soon? Why not? We have had a great run this year with the humid summer and a fabulous Indian Summer that lasted until Saturday. It has been in the 60’s until now.

I went upstate last weekend.
I went shooting with my father. I shot two boxes of ammo off. Hit the bulls eye several times at 100 yards. I also shot off my fathers black powder gun. I shot at 200 yards and did better than my father and his friend. What was the best about it all- I enjoyed spending time with my father- that is priceless!

Sasha's mother stopped in for a visit while I was away and she never left. for someone who is a buddhist teacher, they should already know what clarity and meditation is.

-todays feeling......smell of Rose Water

I hope Halloween was a great one for all. We had our first Trick-or-treaters last night. Not to many, but enough to make me feel good. I think there were 4 kids. I carved a pumpkin and placed it the window.
We went over to our friends to help hand out candy. Our Fat guy friend and his girlfriend’s house. They always go to the extreme with food, so it was no shock to see a large bowl of SUPER size candy bars. They also got a few kids, not to many though. They live on a side street so that was the reason. Or it could be that parents over the years have barred them from the house because of the intense Sugar Rush they get from the candy given out. Yeah, that sounds better. The neighbors came over with their costumes. Sasha showed up in his demon mask he got in Salem, and sure enough he scared some other kids. The neighbors own Bosko (the overweight chocolate lab). They yelled at Tommy and Lorie because they took him to the vet the day before and the vet screamed at them for being severely overweight. 127 pounds to be exact. When the dog comes over they give him chicken breasts, steak, hamburgers, ect. He then goes home and in a few hours has diarrhea on their living room floor.
We watched scary movies and had fun together, as always.
This weekend we should be going to Coney island for a day, just to have fun. They have freak shows and carnival rides to keep us busy, not to mention the Cyclone. That I would go on, it doesn’t scare me.
I also am getting ready to get tickets to They Might Be Giants. They are playing here in town. In high school my French teacher told me that he grew up with the two John’s. They also played at his wedding. He said that if I had a chance to see them to see about getting backstage and tell them I know him. So, I will try. I always wanted to see them live and now I am happy that I will have a chance.

There still is a great deal of psychic energy clustering around my dreams. So much so, that it is really getting me excited to sleep. I have found some new techniques that I will be trying out each night.
